What I do
My name is Julie. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns they don’t fully understand—but can no longer ignore.
Many of the people who come to me have already tried to “push through,” stay strong, or figure things out on their own. At some point, that stops working.
My work is about helping you reconnect with your body, your inner experience, and your own capacity to move through what you’re carrying—at a pace your nervous system can actually support.
My story
Yoga entered my life in 2004 as a way to relax. Over time, it became something much deeper. As my practice deepened, so did my awareness. Old emotional patterns and unresolved experiences began to surface in ways I wasn’t prepared for. Without the right support, I experienced overwhelm, exhaustion, and confusion. That experience changed the direction of my life.
Through Reiki, conscious movement (QiGong & Yoga), and nervous system work—and through years of personal practice and study—I began to experience a sense of integration, coherence, and calm presence within myself.
I learned how to work with my body instead of against it. This became the foundation of everything I now offer. Over the past 20 years, my path has been shaped by both training and deeply integrated lived experience.

Real healing is not immediate, and it cannot be forced. It requires patience, honesty, and a willingness to meet ourselves as we are.
What I offer is a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and begin to understand your internal experience—so that change comes from within, not from pressure.
