What to expect when receiving Cosmic Reiki Healings?

It can be so helpful, at times, to receive a little reassurance and some context when we walk into the unknown.


Accurate education about our subtle anatomy, and about subtle energy is almost non-existent. For those who have a curious mind and feel drawn to growth and healing, it's reassuring to have a little bit of info about the healing process.


Cosmic Reiki is an accelerated healing modality. It helps to bring to awareness, and to transform, negativities, wounds and traumas faster then what most people are used to.


Following healing sessions, most people experience the following:


Fatigue

It's common to feel tired and to slow down following a session: the body was just infused with fresh energies, and is using its resources to recalibrate and cleanse.



Aches and pains

Most people underestimate the powerful impact of subtle energies in the body. Temporary aches and pains are normal following healing sessions. From headaches, to muscle and joint pain, to flu like symptoms... these are common and temporary. They are particularly acute when one begins a healing journey, and their intensity diminishes with regular healing sessions.
